Former construction worker Roy Addyman and his wife Judith launched Restaurant Design Associates in 2007, creating their business plan at their kitchen table in South Tyneside .
Turnover has grown from its first year figure of u00a31m to reach around u00a38m, and the firmu2019s team has grown from an initial workforce of five to a headcount of 19, who completed more than 300 projects, designing, supplying and installing catering and hospitality areas for big names brands across the UK and beyond.
Now, on the back of a string of new client wins, the family firm is gearing up for growth after devising a five-year growth strategy, starting with taking on three new directors.”
